We submitted an online request to have our second-story deck inspected and get some ideas on having both the upstairs deck and the area underneath it screened in. I’m a real estate agent who needed a deck put on a home in fairly short time frame. I was nervous to get in the phone book as I did not have a contact who could do the job.
