Free Deck Inspections We offer free yearly deck inspections to all our customers. Deck awareness month is May, but for us it’s all year round. We believe in our product and what we can offer you. By doing a yearly inspection we can ensure that the quality of our work stands the test of time. Year after year you hear in the news of some deck collapsing. This continues to be a problem as years go by. As code requirements change, older deck are grand fathered in. We still see decks being built without the appropriate fasteners or flashing. Something as simple as not flashing the ledger connection to your home can cause serious problems over time. Water seepage between the ledger and Home leads to rot. If combined with improper ledger connection this is a problem and it’s not a mater of if there will be a problem, it’s when.  Not already a customer, don’t worry we believe so strongly in this that we will at no charge do a Deck Inspection for you.
